Living Well

I'm really excited about this new Blog!
Over the past few months I've been doing a lot of research into diets, detoxing, eating organic, eating vegetarian, and pretty much anything related to providing my body with better nutrients and having a goal of overall well being.

Today I took another step towards my goal and purchased two books that I'm extremely excited about reading tonight.
The first book is The Kind Diet By Alicia Silverstone



The basis of this book is about eating to better yourself and the world as well. The diet is based on a vegan lifestyle and it claims to help you "lost weight, feel great and save the planet" all at the same time.

My second purchase was French Women Don't Get Fat By Mireille Guiliano




The basis of this book is "how to enjoy food and stay slim and healthy" by "no guilt or deprevation but learning to get the most from the things you most enjoy" she includes recipes that promise to be indulgent without being fattening.

As I devour these books I will be writing about what I learn and how they help me follow my path of (as the lovely Oprah always says) Living My Best Life
